Poselar

Poselar was an online supermarket in my hometown. People placed their order online, and we brought it to their house. It started in 2020, just before the pandemic.

I did everything: the systems, the deliveries, customer support, the stock.

The warehouse started full every Monday and was empty by Friday.

I closed it anyway. I was 18, university needed my time, and I'd started planning my move to Italy.

It was my first business with real cash flow and real customers, every single day.
