The usual yearly check-up measures a few things and leaves you to make sense of the results. Timeless replaces it with a membership: once a year, members get more than 140 biomarkers measured in blood and urine at any of 700+ partner labs across Mexico, covering heart, metabolism, hormones, thyroid, liver, kidneys, nutrients and biological age.

Results come back in a few days as a clear report, with every marker explained in plain language, a personal protocol built around the person's goals, and continuous medical follow-up. It also brings in past lab results and data from wearables like Whoop and Oura.
